No. The monthly plan is cancelled by simple email, effective at the end of the current month. The annual plan is paid in advance, a reminder is sent one month before it ends, and it never renews without your agreement.
The security watch, always: it only looks at what is public. Maintenance, after an audit that says what I can maintain properly; if repairs come first, the quote says so.
For an audit or the security watch, no: everything is done on public data. For fixes or maintenance, limited access may be needed; it is then written into the quote, with a prior backup and a possible rollback.
A dated backup is made before every intervention. If a fix causes a problem, we roll back to the previous version. Fixes carry a 30-day warranty.
That is what the audit alone is for: it tells you what is urgent, what can wait and what is pointless. You can then have the work done elsewhere, or hand it to me.
